If you’re experienced you’ll get what you ask for. The welcome Kit you’ll get is just awesome! Since IT Team is being introduced recently, there’s a lot of room for new opportunities. Here, they value their employee opinions and give respect for people’s thoughts. Even, if you do something innovative, may be a small thing, they’ll find and encourage you. Good perks and Benefits. You get different types of snacks at your desk from Monday to Friday. Respect and Trust is a key to win over people here. If you’re in a right domain you can get on-site offers at once. 8.5 Hours clocking Mandatory as of now. Excellent pickup & drop facilities. People are so responsive here, including the HR team. If you’re facing issues with the management level people, you can report anonymously. They believe in their employees, take an action for honest requests. Only thing is YOU have to Speak Up!

A wide variety of projects and some level of autonomy when it comes to types of projects you want to work for

No consideration for employee's talent, feedbacks often just focused on negatives so they can fire you the minute you don't show "yes boss" attitude. They are not doing well revenue wise and newly hired ones are let go first, citing "performance was not good". When you first join, they tell you not to worry about billable hours for the first 3-6 months, especially when the overall consulting work load was low across the board. But then they fire you for the same reason. Some managers are very kind and supportive when they give you feedback, but if you are unlucky, your reporting manager will use that feedback against you and fire you and not say anything positive. Low compensation.
