Having worked at Ralota for some time, I've had the opportunity to learn a lot as well as contribute to multiple projects. Unlike many companies, being a wall-flower will not allow you to grow your skills or your position here. You have to be willing to put your time in to reap the benefits.
Aside from catered morning snacks and lunches, there is a new incentive that was introduced to employees this year - a trip for 2 to Paris.
At this time, it is limited to employees that have been with the company for at least 5 years. The trip includes flight, accommodations in a very nice apartment (perfect for 2 people, and it's pretty close to most major locations), spending money and a 4 day museum pass !!
If that doesn't trigger your desire to stay and contribute to a company, I'm not sure what will.
Other places might give you a gift card for Chapters after 5 years.. Screw that, I'm going to Paris.

To be honest, I don't have a lot of negative things to say. I would like a bit more variety for breakfast / lunch selection, but it is free...
Would also like to see a revamp to the Benefits, maybe bump up eye coverage a bit more (the majority of work is in front of a computer / monitor); but it is a better benefits package than my last company.
