Not any cons, lot of learning

- Got some amazing team members from tech background who wanted to grow unlike 95% of the organisation - The brand has potential to grow in the digital space if they want to, but seems like they don't want the growth. They are happy with their comfort space, else can revamp themselves to be digital first like other brands.

- Lala Culture at max - Micromanaging - Low Salary Structure and no motivation to work - Unless you're working with the tech department who wants to grow and are ambitious enough, others will simply drain your energy.
