- The amount of fake reviews they put to cover real reviews is laughable. - Ignorant Self centred CEO (You gotta be that arrogant to name the company on your name). - Whole development process is shady with multiple devs sharing single client accounts. - HR Policies are shady with things like Sandwich leaves. - Higher ups are unapproachable and incompetent and would alway doubt and undermine you in reverse. - Its funny how higher ups would steal your work and showcase as theirs to everyone. - They would ensure that everyone is isolated and you one gets the least context of whats going around. - Senior devs are incompetent tech wise and would still show off. - Most of the SDEs would do everything to avoid work. - Extended work hours, not because of the work. Just because the Sr devs would chill throughout the day burdening the Junior devs. - Politics, need no further explanation.
