Raintree has changed beyond recognition over the past few years and almost all of it is very positive. Under new leadership the company has focussed on being a highly innovative and efficient software provider. This has involved a lot of new systems and process and performance managing out low performers and bringing in a lot of new talent from the outside. The downside is that there are quite a lot of people who are unhappy that they didn't make the mark and I think that is largely who is posting negative reviews on Glassdoor. The negative reviews really don't represent the reality. At this point Raintree has the most talented group of team members I have ever been part of in my 30 year career. We have the most innovative product roadmap in our industry and really seem to be executing on our vision of helping the therapy industry deliver better outcomes to more people. It has been really exciting recently to build an AI center of excellence which is enabling us to leapfrog all of our competitors with the best AI tools in the therapy industry. Overall I am very optimistic about Raintree, where we are headed and how great it is to be part of this awesome team!
