Great people. Everyone is friendly and will make you feel like a part of the family. The staff is inclusive and enjoys hanging out together outside of work hours. Great tips as well.

You'll have to work hard. Laziness and tardiness are frowned upon, and the hours can be long. You'll also be expected to deal with guests without getting irritated- It can be difficult sometimes but most guests are great.

Every company has some issues, especially when you only have a team of around 30 for the entire season, but I would take RTR‘s minor issues over anyone else (scheduling difficulties and some bad employees here and there)
