The employee’s projects, their practice, the number of employees in a particular office, etc. all influence those dynamics. However, our overarching goal is to foster a positive and inclusive culture across all offices, and we continuously strive to improve in this area.
Regarding the issue you raised about pay discrepancies across the firm, I understand your perspective and want to provide some clarity on our compensation structure.
