The firm also does a great job recognizing hard work, Mr. Rafi genuinely values his team and shows appreciation in meaningful ways. On top of all that, the culture here is fantastic. We enjoy fun team-building events, and there’s a strong sense of community and support throughout the firm. It’s a unique place to work. Some days are very busy, but I don’t necessarily see it as a con, I thrive in a fast-paced environment at this growing firm, and the guidance from leadership makes it manageable.
