Good atmosphere, great people but has leadership problem - Software Engineer bei Radvision: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There is a leadership problem in the company. The vision is not clear (or to be exact the vision is changing frequently) and so does the goals and deadlines. It can be really frustrating to work few months on something that eventually will not even be integrated into the next version (because the company priority was changed again…)
