Pros
Nice new building with open plan office, the office is in a fairly convenient neighborhood in terms of places to go for lunch if you don't bring one, and public transportation for commuting.

I witnessed/heard the owner being verbally abusive to employees and colleagues on a number of occasions, and once (that I saw) he threw something across the office in a fit of rage (!!). He has a SERIOUS anger problem. He's also quite delusional regarding his strengths - for example, he thinks he is good at managing people but the only way he knows how to talk to employees is like they are on a construction site (which is probably why the company consists of mostly males now). When I left, there was absolutely nothing in place regarding benefits or a bonus plan. All we kept getting were empty promises that he was "working on it" and it would be in place soon. I'm amazed that this company is still in business... he has probably lied to yet another silent investor in order to take more of their money.
