Flexible work options hindered by leadership instability - Presales Solutions Architect bei Rackspace Technology: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Too many changes in leadership, starting from C-level to SVP to Director & Regional Managers level during my tenure. That makes it disorganised & inefficient to run the company across GTM, Product, Customer Success, HR & Support functions, that too across the all regions globally. Far too many pivots, without streamlined ground level implementation, which could give the employees a steady sense of direction. Company is top-heavy, but despite hiring multiple senior leaders from top MNCs who are experienced in global delivery model, Rackspace hasn't quite cracked the outsourcing mode of IT service delivery.
