It’s frustrating and unprofessional to conduct interviews without any real intention of moving candidates forward. Wasting candidates’ time with false reasons is unacceptable. The HR and recruitment teams need proper training to prevent this from happening again. Ignoring candidates after the interview is completely disrespectful and damages the company’s credibility.
