Please be aware that the HR department, including the HOD and Partners, is toxic. Higher management constantly changes how things work without ever considering whether the staff can cope with the sudden changes. They love to lecture us about time management—but never hold themselves to the same standard.
The Manager and HOD frequently delay reviewing files; some sit untouched for up to a month. Then, when the client starts pressuring and blaming us, they suddenly act like it's our fault and rush us to clean up the mess—completely ignoring the fact that we’re already handling other urgent tasks. Even when we submit our files on time, they sit on them for weeks and then dump the reviews back on us, expecting them to be completed within one or two days—regardless of what else we have on our plate.
As if that’s not enough, the management—especially the big boss—keeps changing his mind and making snap decisions in the middle of the day, forcing immediate implementation without any planning or proper communication. It creates unnecessary chaos and stress for everyone.
And frankly, there’s no point in giving feedback—they don’t listen, and they clearly don’t care.
