Great team, I think I was lucky to have a good boos and great teammates. Relatively good environment. Good as a first job from college.

Pointless meetings. Lower than industry - average paycheck. Some team members come with zero translation knowledge and you're supposed to train them from scratch (I won't survive another explanation what's a bilingual file). The software they develop purely covers the needs, some of it is very unintuitive and overall inefficient. I was disappointed when asked to repay some of vacation money that I apparently took "in advance". I spent some overtime without asking to be paid for it, and now they want their couple of days back :)
