Everything. There are no career paths and no one to turn to. The company is reorganized every 3-6 months, which causes more chaos and fewer answers. There is no direct line to ask for a raise. There is no diversity, and I have noticed a trend of dismissiveness towards minorities. There is no clarity on people's roles and responsibilities. You are expected to pick up the slack, be a team player, and show gratitude for no extra pay. Overall, it is an extremely toxic work environment, and I don't recommend it unless it is your last resort. If you can take the chance on yourself and trust that something else will come along, DO IT. This company will exploit you, and the toxic environment will deplete you. Whoever you are, you deserve better.
