Pros
The remuneration is reasonable for the location, but there has been no package harmonisation following the merger and others in different locations receive far more for doing the same job. The desks are also pretty decent, to be fair.
Kontras
The management are quick to make decisions without consulting those directly affected by them and are inconsistent in their application. Those who disagree with these decisions are not given progression opportunities, hence management is an echo chamber and the culture doesn’t reward innovation or critical thinking.
