Pros
Relocation package and sign-on bonus was great. A great place to start your career for the first couple years. 9/80 schedule is great and you get bonuses every year. There are a lot of great people that I had the pleasure of working with.
Kontras
Hard to advance in your career, and difficult to change roles within the company. It is high-stress and hard to keep a work-life balance. I was working above my grade level but wasn't getting paid for said grade level. I was in line for a promotion for 2 years but was never given one, yet I would be "promised" one at every performance review. Had the unfortunate experience of being in a couple teams with a toxic environment, which made working on tasks harder than it should have been. Everyone there looked overworked, thus higher attrition rate. If you ever have serious concerns that needs to be addressed by HR, they will think of the company first and you last.
