Managers and HR are the worst HR is no help when trying to bring up issues. Managers will tell you what you want to hear to get you to leave you alone especially the ones about to retire. I had like 4 managers in the span of 1 year. They way they allocated their new engineers into different projects was such a waste of time. Raise is a joke but that is expected from the industry.
