Pros

- Benefits - good 401(k), medical, dental, they cancelled vision which was ok for me but not for some employees - flexible hours - 9 hour day with an hour lunch and you can start between 7-9 - client brand names

Kontras

- Management gives zero feedback or guidance - People quit constantly because they realize they're getting paid far less than competitors - The company claims to be "open book" but is absolutely not - don't hide behind EBITA - No opportunities for training or development - They tell everyone about quarterly company town hall meetings but only have them once or twice per year - Bonus goals have no actual tie to metrics, nobody receives what they hope to

Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Kontras

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
