C-Level management consists of 2 megalomaniacs and an accountant, but they call themselves “Chiefs”. 2 weeks into my employment, they took away a full week of vacation from all technicians to fund a bonus incentive program. The CEO puts on a good show, but is a ruthless carrot-dangling dictator with a real mean streak behind closed doors. The COO spends his time monitoring employee phone calls on their network, seeking out ways to harass and terminate them. Don’t believe me? Go through their social media pages and see all the new people they’ve hired in the last 5 years. During my time there, over 20 people started employment at RTC and they had only grown by 1 total employee. They recently fired a 28 year workaholic, customer-focused company man because of a difference of opinion on the word “boss”. They will impress you with all that they have done to grow the business in the last 5 years and you may even move cross-country to get there and be a part of something seemingly ground level! Then they will dispose of you like the trash in the waste bin. Ask their former CFO who moved from Minnesota to be there and was fired just 2 months later. Ask their former CTO who moved from Florida and was fired a year later. Or ask one of many engineers, HR Managers, Field Managers or really anybody who has worked there in the past. They’ll all tell you the same things. You could even ask the COO about his tagalong who relocated from Texas to work there. Yep. They even fire their own family… and don’t even get me started on the labor laws, utility laws and FEV regulations theY completely disregard… That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Get to know the frontline employees who still find themselves working there and they will tell you it is as stressful of an environment as you could imagine.
