Depending on manager, flexible workday. Most employees allowed to work remotely due to COVID-19. Lots of opportunities for learning new business functions (if only out of necessity). Good products.
Kontras
In constant state of transition. New initiatives are rolled out and abandoned on a monthly basis. Lack of accountability, structure, and discipline at every level. Unable to retain talent - highest turnover rate I have ever experienced. Job duties of those who left are then expected to be absorbed by remaining personnel. Promoted company culture does not match in practice.
