Great people with a lot of passion who love the Security Industry and want to make the world a better place. Great Product and Customer focus happening.

Too many 'old boy club' Executives and poor managers who can't lead, causing good people to leave. While a lot of good changes are happening, still many that are needed and can't happen quick enough.
