Old technology. Management is not clear where to go Re-org every 6 months. 60% people are redundant with no or less work. All good people already left. Now 80% is Junk. Managers believe they are superior and they just do people management. Managers are highly non-technical and they don't want to do technical work. Layoffs has no reasons and favorites were saved while good folks let go.
