- Promotions are subjective. - Favoritism (Few people work 5,4,3 days from home, some 1) - Unbalanced levels (Some lvl 3 are mcuh better than 4,5) - No tiers, levels 1,2,3,4 get same difficulty cases. - Management is absent (no team meetings, no phisical manager in the office etc.) - Conflict avoidance(no answer is an answer)
