Working at RQM was an amazing experience. I had truly exceptional managers and solid curriculum to work with. Being on the team was a privilege as my peers were literally so smart. I was encouraged to be better just by being in the same vicinity as them, and I'm truly grateful for the experience of working at RQM as an educator

It's not really a con, but they have high standards. The management doesn't just care about if you know the material but also how well can you explain it. They have such amazing attention to detail, and are constantly going above and beyond for the students.
