Regarding your comments on benefits and staffing: we know these are important concerns. We're actively reviewing our benefits offerings, including health coverage, to stay competitive and meet employee needs. We also recognize the importance of workload balance and equitable treatment, and are taking steps to address these issues more consistently across the organization.
While it's disappointing to hear that you felt favoritism and lack of support in your department, your feedback has been shared with our leadership team as part of our commitment to building a more inclusive and supportive work culture.
