Absolutely zero pros RUN! Do not work here!!! Liars, bandits, thieves

This company is the worst experience you will ever have. Not only is their work awful, their work ethic is even worse. Zero integrity. They behave like bandits. Just wanna be gangsters. They will take take take and blame blame blame.. Spoiled brats (especially the owner) they will lie to you, call you everyday with a new lie, blame you for their own problems, PPE is not even a thing. All expenses will.come.out of your pocket!! You have to pay for.company gas and they get you by lies, dangle a carrot in front of you. Show off their money, take your money and make you do the work. 50-60 hour work weeks and you will not even make $200.00 seriously walk away. You've been warned.

I had the pleasure of working with RPM Home Team for three years, and I can confidently say it was one of the most rewarding professional experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed and supported — not just as an employee, but as a person. At RPM, you’re not just a number or a name on a schedule. You’re part of a family. What stood out to me the most was how much the leadership team genuinely cares. They don’t just say they value their employees — they show it, every single day. Whether it was making sure we were well-equipped for road trips, checking in on us during long stretches away from home, or simply recognizing hard work and progress, the level of support and loyalty from the company was unmatched. The work itself could be challenging at times, especially being on the road, but RPM made sure we were taken care of. From travel accommodations to meals and everything in between, they made life on the job manageable and even enjoyable. They also created an environment that fostered growth — not just in our roles, but personally as well. You’re encouraged to push yourself, learn from setbacks, and aim higher, all while knowing you have a team behind you. I also appreciated how much emphasis they placed on encouragement and positivity. Even when things got tough, whether due to weather, customer interactions, or just the daily grind, management was always quick to lift morale, offer advice, or step in to help. That kind of leadership builds confidence and makes you want to do better — not because you have to, but because you want to for the team. Overall, I’m incredibly grateful for the time I spent at RPM. It shaped me in many ways and gave me experiences I’ll carry with me throughout my career. If you’re looking for a company that values people, believes in hard work, and actually practices what it preaches — this is the one.
