Wow - I must admit that this review was really hard to read. I am SO sorry that you are having such an unhappy experience with us. A few thoughts: 1 - First and foremost, I sincerely hope that you will read this response and come see me - my name is Laura Small and I am the head of HR and sit on the Executive Forum. I would like to talk about all of this with you and get a better understanding of your pain points and how I can help. 2 - I can assure you that Chip, David, and Romy, all of whom work for me and manage our recruitment and attraction functions, are some of the kindest and most sincere people you will ever have the opportunity to meet. They are the least "fake" people I have ever had the good fortune to work with and employ. 3 - I am proud to personally welcome and encourage diversity of thought and free speech, on my team (HR) and throughout the organization. And that includes people talking about their political and cultural perspectives in the workplace, if they so choose. We don't prohibit any kind of communication. I would encourage you to share your views, as well, and can assure you that they will be met with respect and consideration. 4 - You say that the pay is a joke and that the company has deep pockets. That makes me think that you haven't talked to your manager about how our business has been impacted financially over the past few years. We have had to lay some people off as clients have adjusted their scopes of work, and as such, we have not been able to compensate our Associates in the way that we would wish. So the "deep pockets" that you speak of are not accurate. 5 - Again, all of this could be addressed in an open conversation with me, or by attending our weekly Office Hours with our President/CEO, Pete Imwalle, who will literally answer ANY question posed to him, including those about our financial outlook, now and in the future. So I encourage you to leverage either of those options, as soon as possible. Last but not least, it seems like you are really unhappy at RPA, and if that's the case, I think you should consider finding other employment. Come see me - we can talk about what you are looking for and I would be happy to support you in your job search. I really hope that you see this and come see me. Life is WAY to short for you to feel this way about the place that you work. If I felt this way about RPA, I would not still be here, I can assure you! I firmly believe that this place is a caring, open, and supportive community of people who respect one another and value our diversity of thought. It just sounds like we are not what you are looking for, and if that's the case, I wish you all the best in your future career pursuits elsewhere. Best, Laura
