      Pros

      Small company with great co-workers at the lower levels. Fairly relaxed work hours for high-tech. Some interesting projects.

      Kontras

      Upper managements cares very little for workers, comparing software developers to cogs in the machine who do little but copy and paste. People get fired for little to no valid reason. I've seen this company actually break people. Software development can be very interesting, but can also be very dreary, with a lot of reuse of bad code.

You made me laugh with one of the Cons being "Hard to leave once you've worked here" - nice Easter Egg in the review! :-) On the stock side, I would like to highlight that we're an ESOP company (Employee Stock Ownership Program) and every year employees can buy and sell Ross stock. The stock price is tied to financial performance and since we started the ESOP in 2009 the stock price is up 10x. I know the request is for stock grants - my position has been to pay people well and let them invest in Ross stock if they want, or anything else otherwise. Note that we are still a private company so stock is less liquid than in a public company so we need to be careful to ensure owning Ross stock is a good experience, but often a longer term experience.       Tolles Arbeitsumfeld, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Akzeptanz, hervorragende Unterstützung durch das Management, attraktive Sozialleistungen, eine ausgewogene Work-Life-Balance und großer Respekt unter allen Kollegen und sogar dem CEO. Ja, David Ross ist wirklich so nett, wie er immer wirkt, und ist stets ansprechbar und bemüht, unsere Anliegen zu beantworten. Er fragt regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden und ist in Bezug auf Geschäftsinformationen sehr transparent. Insgesamt herrscht immer eine positive Atmosphäre, und alle sind unabhängig von der Abteilung stets bereit, zusammenzuarbeiten.

      Es könnten leichter zugängliche Wege bestehen, um weiteres Wissen zu erwerben, sich intern weiterzubilden und die Karriere voranzutreiben.
