Pros

Company allows for employees to bring their ideas into a situation with the goal to implement. Management is not stuck looking internal but instead looking for creative ideas to grow the business in the current customer base and into new vertical markets.

Kontras

Still need to work on brand recognition. Rollon has very unique products but the name is not associated with a leader in Linear Motion yet.

It appears this review is meant for another organization. Our company is not barreling towards closure. We have several very exciting new building projects in progress all over the world due to our company's growth. Our Hackettstown office will be getting a new office as well. Our Employees are aware of these projects/plans. We are also owned by Timken - one of the most successful companies in the world ($2B). As a member of the HR Management team here, I can confirm racism is not a claim we've ever encountered during my several years of service. Instead of making such a statement on a website, perhaps notifying HR would be a better way to have such a serious claim investigated. If you had worked here as you say, you would have HR's direct cell phone number and email address to do so, you would also have had an exit interview to share these concerns. Our company has been designated as one of the world's most ethical companies. We terminate Employees for dishonesty at all levels and have strong policies and training to ensure our work environment is an honest one - which it is. Empty promises? Too vague to respond to. If you worked here as you say you did, you would have had an exit interview and an opportunity to disclose this concern.
