In regards to your comments on benefits, we review our offering annually and will take your comments onboard. In addition to taking into consideration employee needs and competitor offerings, we also aim to judiciously balance our offering with our stage of commercial development in order to be responsible stewards of the company's long-term future. We are committed to building a sustainable and thriving culture and business and we have, as you note, focused first on flexibility and support, with our offering varying from generous parental leave to in-office massages, private yoga classes and team outings to concerts and festivals, quarterly Hackathons and more. We regularly conduct feedback surveys, to ensure team members' voices are involved in any review process related to these offerings. For example, our most recent survey in Q4 was about Holiday and Volunteer Allowance (all team members are entitled to 4.5 days of paid leave each year to volunteer/support a charitable endeavour of their choosing) and thus, we’re reviewing how that offering might evolve in 2024.
