ROCSYS is a pretty neat place to work, it's constantly growing but the work demand tends to ebb and flow. I appreciate the benefits for such a small company and autonomy from management. We're working on some pretty neat tech. It's also nice that we're given space to problem solve quickly, there isn't too much bureaucracy.

The nature of a fast growing company and team is that you don't always have processes in place when they are needed. It can be hard to know who needs to be involved in decisions and division of responsibilities aren't always clear.

The Pros: Rocsys has trendy offices, lots of vacation time, robust investor funding, and fun team events. The Dairy Building is cool. HQ office Rijswijk, Netherlands is scenic

The Cons: a toxic environment with constant emotional volatility. Turnover is extremely high — three Heads of Sales in 18 months tells you everything. People don’t stay because the core product is still a mid-stage prototype with reliability and efficacy issues, despite being positioned as market-ready. Expectations don’t match reality, and the instability shows The internal "Shell games" on messaging and data, turn into a game of "Smoke & Mirrors" with clients and the market.
