Total chaos in the management. Not terrible, but not great people management. Some from the brass show signs of being incompetent - and they fail to trust their employees expertise, so it's a knot hard to untie. It's always about how much loyalty you express, not about how good you are at your job. Work-life balance is non-existent, you're expected to work on weekends and vacations if they need you.
