People quit so often that I stopped learning new names because it wasn’t worth the effort. It’s a place built on gaslighting and manipulation, where they’ll praise you one minute and throw you under the bus the next. No one can take the constant chaos and blame-shifting. HR is useless, leadership is disconnected, and the entire company feels stuck in a time warp. You can tell integrity is optional here, and the only thing consistent is the toxicity.
