The people at RMLS are, by far, it’s strong point. A great team and family-like atmosphere.

Pay could be better, but not a deal breaker due to the great people.

Everyone was really nice and positive.

Lower than industry standard pay. There are a few senior devs there that don't like to relinquish any sort of control. Couldn't deploy anything, but had to be present for deployment nights. Didn't feel like I was learning anything.
