Under Asia Pacific Management, a strong culture of bullying has been allowed to thrive. The manager responsible has been reported numerous times, and even went to arbitration at Fair Work — yet he remains in power. He knows how to manage upwards, saying all the right things to UK leadership, while the reality on the ground is very different. Sadly, it feels like the UK office either doesn’t want to see the truth, or simply isn’t interested in acting on it. The lack of accountability has created a toxic environment where staff feel unsupported and afraid to speak up. I don’t write this lightly, but if you're considering a role here, please do your research and ask the right questions before committing.
