Pros

Very supportive and experienced team. Excellent onboarding process. Well selected mentor who was amazingly helpful in my early days on the team and latter to refer back to if needed. Proactive.responsive and personable manager who has made the first 90 days in the job go seemlessly and been a great support every step of the way, whilst allowing me to find my feet in the new role. Amazing place to work and with amazing people to work with.

Pros

The people I worked directly with were supportive and talented, and there were opportunities to learn if you were proactive.

Kontras

Leadership frequently shifted priorities, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies or feel like work had a lasting impact. Communication around organizational changes often lacked transparency, which created uncertainty and hurt morale. The marketing organization felt under-resourced relative to expectations, and employees were expected to do more with less. Career growth and compensation did not feel competitive with the market, and recognition for strong work was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a stable environment with clear direction and long-term investment in employees, look elsewhere.
