Pros
I came on board with RJL in 2008 at the worst possible economic downturn. My position was designed to support a large client who had no clue how to deal with asset management in a large set of data centers. Their client was interested in hiring me and the only difficulty was a non-compete agreement I had signed. They offered me a very lucrative salary and I was upfront with everyone and they released me out of the agreement. The company is based on people. This is the kind of company that you want to work with either directly or as a contractual employee.
Kontras
The company does have some big shoes to fill and while they are all workaholics this is not a place for people who do not feel the 100% commitment to the company. This not the kind of company you should work for because it is 100% collective.
