The Southern region management team is approachable, understanding, and genuinely committed to employee growth. There’s a strong sense of teamwork within our office staff—therapists, clinicians, and coordinators all collaborate closely to ensure the best outcomes for patients. The company also offers great training opportunities and encourages continuous learning in behavioral health practices.

Like any healthcare environment, the workload can be heavy at times, especially when handling multiple patient cases for multiple clinicians. Communication most definitely has room for improvement.
