Hard work and results don't go unrecognised. Teams take the time to call out individuals who've performed exceptionally. Managers also take time to provide constructive feedback and are open to feedback themselves. Weekly Friday townhalls are always fun, even when we do it virtually. As an organisation and business, it's also growing pretty well despite the current economic outlook.

Resourcing can be tight sometimes. Not so much a con specific to RICE, but an industry-wide issue. But it's being addressed.
