Good people. This company still exists because of the people on the sales team and manufacturing floor.

Management is WEAK. Too much micromanaging and favoritism is rampant......not to mention nepotism.

Flexible schedules for administrative staff. Everybody has the ability to connect to the network and work from home if/when needed.

Extreme lack of accountability throughout the company. Nobody sticks to policies and procedures, or is consistent when applying them. Major decisions are often made without consulting or informing the right personnel which usually ends up causing mass chaos as the proper course of action is settled on at the last minute.
