Got moved to a different team? Have fun taking on even more work and not getting any additional compensation! Worked here for 15 or more years? Congrats!! You’ll definitely be laid off soon and you’ll be “taken care of” with a generous 2-week severance package! Just started? You’ll also probably be laid off soon because the their lord and savior, the CEO enjoys buying private jets and yachts with company money disguised as business expansion! If you don’t believe me just look at the last year where they have had 4 rounds of layoffs due to “the economic climate” They don’t care about you but love to say they do, it helps them sleep at night. And I am sure Gary sleeps well wherever he is! His company owned yacht, private jet, other private jet, or mansion dubbed “RH Guesthouse”.
