Culture at my facility as well as team mates made the work day a pleasure. Constant change kept challenges daily and not boring work. Also caused stress. Internal promotion and upward mobility is encouraged.
Kontras
Poor leadership experience from the CEO causes chaos within the company. Focus on fast growth and no reward to the leader level could cause company failure. No 401K match. No salary increases for leader level.
