Such a tricky company with tricky HR staffs - Consultant bei RGP: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They have violated the contract terms, as it mentions if terminate by either party needs one month notice or payment in lieu of notice period, I was asked to pulled out from the current project and stop work and no income just with one day notice, but RGP doesn't admit that they have actually terminated me, if no need to work and no salary paid to me , will I still be their employee? They not admit that they terminated me because they don't want to pay one month salary to me which is mentioned in the contract which is the "payment in lieu of notice period" , be careful of this company RGP , they are cheaters. I have raised the case to labour department.
