- No management at all. No one really cares what you are doing. This comes with pros and cons. You are free to do whatever you want as long as the students are happy, but when you need assistance from the staff or academic manager no one is there to help you. - Very few workshops throughout the years. The workshops are cheesy, btw. A lot of bragging from teachers but very few lessons learned. - Difficult to ask for a raise. The director or the manager never replies to those emails or messages. Extremely poor communication. - Never tell you the exact money you will receive for each course or class. Scheming financial agreement with teachers and tutors. - Pro tips for those who are applying: NEVER ACCEPT INVITATION TO WRITE THE COURSEBOOK NOR ADDITIONAL WORK. Super low pay rate for the book and/or additional work with stressful deadlines. Just have fun teaching your classes and earn money. You would think that you could have a raise or promotion after writing the course book. In reality - they will still treat you like trash as always. - No clear career path. Just rumours and fake promises. The contract is just a paper, no more no less. - Unfriendly staff. Extremely rude centre managers. Why do you treat your staff so poorly? They are also human. Stop yelling at them like they're your dogs. I never yelled at my dog even once. - Terrible course books. I can't even use them.
