Overtime compensation is below industry standard. - Limited local influence on compensation and benefits due to key decisions being centralized in Finland. - Absence of local leadership, with all senior managers based in Denmark, Sweden, or Finland, leading to challenges in daily guidance and support. - Onboarding process lacks structure and thoroughness. - Workplace culture could be more inclusive and supportive, especially for new employees. - There is minimal emphasis on fostering a culture of learning and continuous development. - Some team leads are relatively inexperienced in leadership, which affects team dynamics and support. - Resource planning and allocation are often inefficient or poorly managed. - The social environment is limited, reducing opportunities for team bonding and community building

Pros

You learn a lot and are pushed to your limits. People who come out of RELEX are well positioned to get far better paying jobs if they spend enough time learning on the job here.

Kontras

They really push you to your breaking point. The pressure for growth doesn't get funneled into leadership-level strategy, just higher expectations of worker bee employees. Over the years, tensions between colleagues grew to the point where it felt miserable logging on to every meeting. I left once I fully lost confidence in the leadership team.
