Where do I begin. This is worse than WeWork and the Hulu series that followed. This is an actual scam burning money and operating illegally with no permits serving undercooked food to people. There’s rats and roaches in the kitchens. The leadership is a bunch of old white dudes who hire their friends and stack their pockets. They dodge investor meetings (gee I wonder why). They cut employee salaries and stock to pad themselves. It’s an actual nightmare. Every review on here is true. The turnover rate is insane. People don’t make it here past 6 months if that. They’re doing a third reorg. The new president who came from Darden aka Olive Garden (a joke) is atrocious. He couldn’t differentiate actual customers from an unlimited breadstick. They’re now doing the “drink the koolaid” and making employees recite the “company values” like a cult. The company has no values. It’s illegal, dangerous to customers and businesses because no one knows they’re making the food. Hence the term ghost kitchen.
