Pros

Affordable benefit package, competitive salary, flexibility

Kontras

Lack of leadership and effective management processes (e.g. no structured performance reviews, no coaching, etc). Frequently looked for back door ways to violate typical HR guidelines. Found ways to remove employees that were not "yes" men/women. Didn't understand culture of their field offices outside of Cincinnati, and did not value those with experience and talent; they see everyone as replaceable.

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Kontras

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
