Pros
RCP is small enough so that all the upper management knows everyone. They treat everyone like a part of the "extended family". Doors are open for discussions with everyone on the executive level from hr up to the owner. Very supportive environment. HR is extremely communicative.
Kontras
Pay is lower than other management companies in the state. Because it is small, drive is to maintain and add more accounts - that sometimes means not backing up managers to the Board of Directors. That leads to resentment from good employees.
