Controller/Assistant controller and many good people all left and vacancies were filled with his favorites flatterer based on friendship rather than professional work skills. Current management is very political, conniving and lacks ethical value. Innocent becomes convicted and wrongdoers get praised as long as they whisper into management's ear. Always remember, good professional people surround a great leader, but political, flatterers surround a dictator.
